Oriel Architecture is an architectural and planning practice based in the beautiful historic town of Sherborne in Dorset.  The Practice was established in the ‘Oriel Room' in the Manor House on Newland, hence the name of the Practice. The Practice serves Dorset and Somerset and beyond, including the towns of Yeovil, Wincanton, Dorchester, Weymouth, Bruton, Castle Cary, Somerton, Chard, Crewkerne and the surrounding villages.

At Oriel Architecture we are passionate about design and architecture.  Whatever the project we ensure that the client's requirements are clearly understood and translated with rigour, imagination and creativity into a building which matches or exceeds expectations.

We have a diverse portfolio of projects which includes new houses, domestic extensions, and education projects, as well as all types of commercial projects.  This wealth of knowledge and experience has been a result of our dedication and commitment to each client and every project.  The combination of skills we possess as fully qualified architects and planners have helped us gain a reputation for succeeding where others fail by achieving planning permission on challenging sites.
